Open aviation days, aircraft tours, simulators, and STEM activities help every student find their spark.

Seattle, Washington
We introduce young people to aviation, guide their growth through hands-on learning, and give families a clear path forward.
Our mission
One person’s encouragement can change the direction of a young life. We carry Fernando’s legacy forward by opening doors for the next generation.
The Fernando FlightPath
Students begin with discovery, build real knowledge, and move forward by showing effort, curiosity, and consistent participation.
Open aviation days, aircraft tours, simulators, and STEM activities help every student find their spark.
An eight-part FlightPath curriculum builds knowledge in flight, weather, navigation, safety, and careers.
Students who demonstrate commitment can earn access to mentorship, discovery flights, camps, and scholarships.
Eight-week curriculum
FlightPath gives students a practical foundation in aviation. No prior experience is required—only curiosity, effort, and a willingness to learn.

Student commitment
Advanced opportunities are earned through participation. A student’s family income, previous flight experience, and ability to purchase training are never measures of interest.

Initiative beyond class
Students generally attend at least 80% of sessions. Make-up work, reasonable accommodations, and a path to reapply ensure that one setback never permanently closes the door.
For families
We help families understand training routes, costs, scholarships, FAA requirements, college options, and how to recognize reputable programs.
Parent participation is encouraged, but a child is never unfairly penalized when work, transportation, language, or family circumstances get in the way.
Fernando’s legacy
Fernando’s encouragement, guidance, and belief helped create opportunities for his family. This foundation carries those values forward by opening the world of aviation to young people.
One legacy. Thousands of possibilities.
Launching in Seattle
We are building connections with students, families, educators, aviation professionals, volunteers, and community partners who believe opportunity should begin with exposure.
